Returns

We are unable to accept returns of our products once they leave the facility.  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot take a risk of contamination or storage abuse. We would not be able to sell them to another customer and still guarantee the purity of our products.  Please email us at thebrowns@awesomenet.net  with any problems you may have or use the form on our contact page.

Damaged Shipment

If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, you may save all the shipping materials to return it to us.  Contact us through thebrowns@awesomenet.net  to confirm the problem and so we may report the damage to USPS.   If we do need to authorize a return, please make sure the items are packed in the original manner to prevent further damage.

Skin test all products before using.  Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm.  Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.  Keep all products away from eyes and mucous membranes.  If redness, itching, or irratition occurs, stop using the product immediately.
